SkySwitch PRO products are shipped from Poland to destinations available during checkout. We strive to process and dispatch all orders as quickly as possible while ensuring that each product is carefully inspected and packaged prior to shipment.
We currently ship to countries within the European Union and other destinations where shipping services are available and supported by our logistics providers. Available destinations may change from time to time and are displayed during checkout.
Shipping costs are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment is completed. Unless otherwise stated, a flat shipping rate of 15 EUR applies to deliveries within supported European destinations. Any future changes to shipping rates will not affect orders that have already been placed and paid for.
Orders are typically processed within one to three (1–3) business days after payment has been successfully received and confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays may require additional processing time.
Estimated delivery times depend on the destination country, selected carrier and local logistics conditions. While most European deliveries are completed within several business days after dispatch, delivery times are estimates only and cannot be guaranteed.
Where available, tracking information will be provided after the order has been dispatched. Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress using the tracking information supplied by the carrier.
For deliveries outside the European Union, customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, brokerage fees or other charges imposed by local authorities. Such charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost unless explicitly stated otherwise.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information during checkout. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.
If a shipment appears to be lost, damaged during transport or delivered in an unsatisfactory condition, customers should contact support@skyswitchpro.com as soon as possible. We will work with the carrier to investigate the issue and determine an appropriate resolution.
