At SkySwitchPro, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights regarding returns, withdrawals, refunds and defective products purchased through www.skyswitchpro.com.
If you are a consumer residing within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive the product without providing any reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us by email before the withdrawal period expires.
To initiate a return, please contact support@skyswitchpro.com and provide your order number, purchase date and reason for the return. We will provide instructions regarding the return procedure and return address.
Returned products should be complete and include all accessories originally supplied with the product. Customers may inspect and test the product as reasonably necessary to determine its nature, characteristics and functionality. However, customers are responsible for any diminished value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for such inspection.
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, customers are responsible for the direct cost of returning products to the Seller. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as the customer remains responsible for the product until it is received by us.
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome of your return request. Approved refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original purchase unless otherwise agreed. Refunds are generally processed within fourteen (14) days from the date we receive the returned product or evidence that the product has been returned.
If your product arrives damaged, defective or not as described, please contact support@skyswitchpro.com as soon as possible and provide a description of the issue together with photographs where applicable. Such cases are handled separately from the standard withdrawal process and are covered by applicable consumer protection laws and warranty rights.
A return may be refused where permitted by law if the product has been intentionally damaged, modified, altered, incompletely returned or returned in a condition significantly different from that resulting from normal inspection and testing. Nothing in this section limits mandatory consumer rights granted under applicable law.
