These Terms and Conditions apply to all visitors, customers and users of this website. By accessing the website, placing an order or purchasing any product offered through the store, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use this website or place an order.

3. Products and Compatibility

SkySwitch PRO is an electronic device designed for use with compatible 10Micron mount systems and related observatory equipment. Product descriptions, technical specifications, photographs and documentation are provided for informational purposes only. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, the Seller does not guarantee that all information is free from errors, omissions or inaccuracies. Customers are responsible for verifying compatibility between the selected product version and their equipment before placing an order. Minor differences in appearance, packaging or included accessories may occur without affecting functionality.

4. Ordering Process

Orders are placed through the online checkout system available on this website. By submitting an order, the customer makes an offer to purchase the selected products. An order becomes binding only after payment has been successfully completed and an order confirmation has been issued by email. The Seller reserves the right to refuse, suspend or cancel any order in the event of pricing errors, stock shortages, technical issues, suspected fraud or other circumstances that make fulfillment impossible or unreasonable.

5. Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on the website are shown in EUR unless otherwise stated. Applicable VAT is included or displayed separately according to legal requirements and the customer’s location. Shipping charges are calculated and presented during checkout before the order is completed. The Seller reserves the right to modify product prices at any time; however, such changes will not affect orders already confirmed and paid for.

6. Payment Terms

Payments may be made using the payment methods available at checkout, including credit cards, debit cards, WooPayments, Apple Pay, Google Pay, PayPal and bank transfer where available. By submitting payment information, the customer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method and authorize the Seller and payment processors to charge the total amount of the order, including taxes and shipping fees.

7. Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from Poland to destinations supported during checkout. Delivery times displayed on the website are estimates only and may vary depending on destination, carrier performance, customs procedures and other circumstances beyond the Seller’s control. Risk of loss and responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer once the package has been handed over to the selected carrier. The Seller cannot be held responsible for delays caused by transport providers, customs authorities or force majeure events.

8. Returns and Right of Withdrawal

Consumers residing within the European Union have the right to withdraw from a purchase within fourteen (14) days of receiving the goods without providing a reason. To exercise this right, customers must notify the Seller by email before the withdrawal period expires. Returned products should be complete and returned in reasonable condition together with any supplied accessories. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise required by applicable law. Refunds will be issued using the original payment method after the returned goods have been received and inspected.

9. Warranty and Defective Products

Products are covered by statutory consumer rights and warranty obligations applicable under Polish and European Union law. Customers who receive a defective, damaged or non-conforming product should contact the Seller as soon as reasonably possible, providing a description of the issue and relevant order details. SkySwitch PRO is intended for technically competent users familiar with astronomical equipment and observatory systems. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Seller shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential or special damages arising from the use, misuse or inability to use the product, including but not limited to equipment downtime, lost observation time, loss of data or financial losses. Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law.

Personal data provided by customers is processed solely for the purpose of order fulfillment, payment processing, shipping, customer support, accounting obligations and legal compliance.
