Scope
These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of SkySwitch PRO products through this website. By placing an order, the customer agrees to these Terms of Sale in their entirety.
Products
SkySwitch PRO products offered through this website are intended for use with compatible 10Micron mount systems and related accessories as described on the relevant product pages. Product descriptions, technical specifications, images, and packaging contents are provided for informational purposes and may be updated or improved without prior notice, provided that such changes do not materially affect the ordered product. The customer is responsible for verifying that the selected product is suitable for their intended equipment and application before placing an order.
Orders
Orders for SkySwitch PRO products may be placed through this website using the available ordering process. By submitting an order, the customer confirms that all information provided is accurate and complete. An order becomes binding only after it has been reviewed and accepted by the seller, and the customer has received an order confirmation by e-mail. The seller reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of product unavailability, pricing errors, incorrect customer information, or other legitimate reasons.
Prices and Payment

Shipping and Delivery
SkySwitch PRO products are shipped to the destinations specified during the ordering process. Delivery times are estimates only and may vary depending on product availability, destination, customs processing, or carrier-related delays. Returns and Right of Withdrawal
Consumers have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery, without giving any reason. If the customer is not satisfied with the product, it may be returned within this period at the customer’s own cost and without any additional return or restocking charges. To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must notify the seller before the end of the withdrawal period.
Complaints & Warranty
